Terms of Use
Evzia · Last updated: October 8, 2026
In short
- Evzia is free. Paid plans give more AI credits every month for the whole group.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in the store's settings (App Store or Google Play).
- Purchases are charged and refunded by the store, not by us.
- The AI gives estimates, not medical advice.
1. Who provides the service
Alberto López Pérez, tax ID (NIF) 53319515H, with address at Carrer d'Hipòlit Lázaro 22, 6th floor, door 20, 43481 La Pineda (Vila-seca), Tarragona, Spain. Contact: colkard96@gmail.com. By using Evzia you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
2. What Evzia is
An app for a group (a family, friends) to log what they eat, their weight, their steps and their exercise, with help from artificial intelligence to calculate calories and macros, suggest recipes and routines and answer questions. Each group has its code and its PIN; anyone who knows them can join and see and change the group's data. Keep the PIN safe and only share it with people you want to let in.
3. Plans and credits
The AI works with "credits" that are spent according to what you ask for: a text calculation uses one, a photo or a recipe uses more. In More → Settings → Your plan you can see how many are left and what each thing costs. The rest of the app (logging by hand, seeing your batches and routines, the charts…) does not use credits.
- Free: 20 credits when you start and 10 a month after that.
- Basic, Plus and Max: paid subscriptions, monthly or yearly, with 400, 1,200 and 2,500 credits a month. The plan belongs to the group and the credits are shared by all its people.
- Credit packs: one-off purchases of 300 credits.
Credits refill every month, counting from the day the plan started (also on yearly plans), and do not roll over: whatever is left over is lost. Credits from packs do not expire and are used when the month's credits run out, even if you cancel the subscription. How many credits each thing uses may change over time; when it does, you will see it in Your plan. To prevent abuse, there may be a daily limit on AI use even if credits are left.
4. Prices and payment
The price of each plan and each pack is shown by the store before you buy, in euros and with taxes included (VAT). For now, Evzia is only sold in Spain. Payment is charged by Apple or Google with the payment method on your store account; we do not see or store payment details. For the iPhone app, Apple's standard terms for licensed applications also apply (apple.com).
5. Automatic renewal and how to cancel
Subscriptions renew automatically every month or every year, at the price the store shows you, until they are canceled. They are charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase and then at each renewal, which the store charges shortly before the period ends (with Apple, within the previous 24 hours): so that it does not renew, cancel it at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
To cancel, do it in the store's settings, with the account that made the purchase: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. You can also get there from the app: More → Settings → Your plan → See plans → "Manage subscription". When you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid; after that, the group goes back to the Free plan. Deleting the group or uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription: you have to cancel it in the store.
To change plans, go to "Manage subscription" on the phone of the person who pays. If the price of a subscription ever changes, you will be notified as the store (Apple or Google), which is who charges it, specifies.
One store account pays for one group's plan. While the subscription is active, it is not moved to another group, either by buying or with "Restore purchases". If you want to switch groups with the subscription active, write to us at colkard96@gmail.com with the code of both groups and we will sort it out.
6. Refunds
Since they are store purchases, refunds are decided and made by Apple or Google, not by us. You can request them at reportaproblem.apple.com (Apple) or from your Google Play order history (Google). If the store refunds a purchase, we remove the plan or the credits from that purchase. In addition, the law grants you whatever rights you have as a consumer.
7. The AI gives estimates, not medical advice
The calculations of calories, macros, energy expenditure, rate of weight change, recipes and routines are estimates made by an artificial intelligence and may be wrong: check them before logging them. Evzia is not a medical device and does not replace a doctor, dietitian or trainer. If you have an illness, are pregnant, take medication or are going to change your diet or exercise a lot, check with a professional first. What you decide to do with the information in the app is your responsibility.
8. Acceptable use
Use the app only to log and check your personal tracking or your group's. Do not use it for anything illegal, to try to get into groups that are not yours, to get around the limits (for example, by creating groups in bulk to get free credits), to overload the service or to copy or resell its content. In case of abuse, we may limit or close a group.
9. Your data
How it is handled, who it is shared with and how it is deleted is in the privacy policy. You can delete the group and all its data whenever you want (More → Settings → Delete the group).
10. The service and its availability
The app is a personal project and is offered "as is". We do our best to keep it working at all times, but there may be outages, errors or changes, and the AI depends on external providers. We are not liable for damage that does not depend on us, except where the law does not allow this to be limited.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms or the plans. Changes will be published here with their date and, if they are important, you will be notified in the app. If a plan's credits change, you will be notified in the app before it applies.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you do not lose the rights the law gives you where you live. For any questions or complaints, write to colkard96@gmail.com.
